WOW...where to begin? It was difficult to make this testimonial short and sweet because there are just too many things I couldn't leave out!
Something drew me to Deb Anderson a number of years ago in Mayfair Mall when I was just browsing the Royal LePage kiosk to see what the market had to offer...when Deb presented me her card I knew I would be contacting her in the future when the time was right to purchase a property. Her genuine personality and dedication to real estate was evident from that first acquaintance! I could tell that she was passionate about finding people a place to call home!
A number of years had gone by before I contacted Deb. The time was right so my boyfriend and I were ready to take the leap! Before we knew it Deb jumped on board with her expertise, and what seemed like endless knowledge.
From day one, Deb took us under her wings and guided us through all of the steps to purchasing our first home. As "property virgins" we were everything from excited to scared among other emotions during the process. We had the honour and privilege to have someone like Deb who showed us the ropes while putting us at ease. Deb showed us well over 30 properties to give us a true taste as to what was out there and so that we had comparables which was so helpful in our ultimate decision. She showed us places that were within our budget and that met our criteria.
It appeared to us that Deb never had a day off - she worked SO hard, was always available for us and welcomed our questions and or concerns. Deb was always in great spirits and was committed to finding us our first home - she negotiated with the seller's realtor and truly got us the best deal in town with extras included!
Deb was punctual and reliable, she continuously kept us up to date and we never felt lost or disconnected from her. She always returned our calls, e-mails and texts promptly and accommodated our busy schedules for showings. Deb made us feel like a priority! Whether Deb was calling, e-mailing, texting, or showing us places Deb was without a doubt patient, understanding, honest, trustworthy and dedicated; we highly recommend her to help with your real estate needs! In fact we will most definitely hire Deb in the future when the day comes to upsize our home!
